B&B Residenza Cavour - Como

Just a fine choice for a break on a long journey in Como with very nice value for money. The pancakes for breakfast at the nearby café were a delicious surprise that really stood out! Arriving early or late might require a little planning, so reach out for entry codes ahead of time.

I greatly enjoyed the stay and do recommend the venue. The property was great with super-friendly staff. This was a marvellous and fantastic location just next door to all transport links, the center of Como, and very safe for 1 traveler. Found a place called La Cucina di Elsa, set a short walk to the hotel, ate there a few times. I took a guest room with double beds, modern bathroom, for example. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

While the location was good, i couldn't help but notice the nosie from the street at night. Absolutely ruinous for a light sleeper like myself. The parking situation was a complete hassle, you'd think they'd provide some sort of complimentary service for such inconveniences, but no. So dissapointing!

I found the sound insulation to be lacking, with street noise and sounds from neighbors interrupting our nights. Parking was a major hassle. Planning ahead was essential to avoid stress on arrival.

Just spent a night in Como and loved this place! Perfectly clean room with comfy beds, right by the lake. Breakfast café nearby was a bonus, especially the pancakes. A bit noisy due to the old building, but totally worth it for the location!

The room was super clean, though the shower was quite cramped.

Parking requires careful planning. Sound insulation lacks, resulting in noticeable noise from the street. Generic key system can feel less secure.

Family with children will love it

We had a very spacious room with a big bed and a pullout couch, perfect for the kids. The air conditioning worked great, a relief after long days exploring. The staff stored our bags both at the start and end of our stay, taking a load off our minds.

It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.
